Simas & Associates, Ltd. has two offices in the state of California. As we represent businesses and legal professionals in their formation, acquisition of and defense of state licenses, we have established our main office in the state capitol of Sacramento, California. In order to provide statewide coverage, our firm established its second office along the central coast in San Luis Obispo. As a result, Simas & Associates, Ltd. is positioned to serve all business and professional licensees throughout the state. However, as a leader in administrative and government law for one of the most progressive states in the country, we also proudly represent national organizations that complement our law firm's mission statement.
