Simas & Associates, Ltd., traces its history to March 2002, when its predecessor was founded in Sacramento to serve the needs of clients in matters involving government regulation. From its original foundation of Advising and Consulting employers in Employment Law, the firm quickly expanded into other areas of Government and Administrative Law as a result of its growing expertise in dealing with Professional License Defense and other regulatory matters.
Our firm has grown steadily since those early years:
Our second office opens in San Luis Obispo.
Our third office is opened in San Jose.
Our fourth office opens in San Diego.
Our fifth office opens in Santa Monica.
Adding these locations provided our law firm with the ability to have boots-on-the-ground for our clients, statewide. At that point, the firm became able to simultaneously argue on behalf of a Writ of Mandate filed in San Diego and defend a lawsuit in Mendocino County.
