The published opinion of the Third District Court of Appeal in National Identification Systems v. State Board of Control (1992) 11 Cal.App.4th 1446, 15 Cal.Rptr. 2d 257, involving the introduction of the “credit card style driver’s license” by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
State Smog Check Program Bid Protest
Mr. Simas represented MCI in its bid protest against the award of the contract for the data processing component of the state’s Smog Check Program in 2003 and 2004.
