CAL FIRE filed an accusation against one Simas & Associates, Ltd., client, but never moved forward with the case. After several formal requests for documentation and a writ of mandate, the agency negotiated a settlement on the documents, but continued to ignore the accusation. Our attorneys persisted, and eventually CAL FIRE withdrew the accusation against our client.
