Mr. Keever obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he participated in the International Human Rights Clinic and the Journal of International Law.
Frances Heredia joined Simas & Associates, Ltd. in September 2022 as a Client Service Coordinator and Law Clerk. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and her Master of Law and Juris Doctorate Degree from the San Luis Obispo College of Law. She is a member of the Unity Bar Association of San Luis Obispo, the Women’s Lawyer Association, and the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association.
