Associate Attorney
Frances E. Heredia joined Simas & Associates, Ltd. in September 2022 as a Client Service Coordinator and Law Clerk. Prior to working at Simas & Associates, Frances worked for Meathead Movers for over ten years, where she helped to cultivate their customer service and sales department. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and her Master of Law and Juris Doctorate Degree from the San Luis Obispo College of Law. While in law school, she was a moot court finalist and graduated at the top of her class, all while working full-time.
Ms. Heredia is licensed to practice law in California. She is a member of the Unity Bar Association of San Luis Obispo, the Women’s Lawyer Association, and the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association.
In her free time, Frances enjoys reading non-fiction books, watching documentaries, baking cookies, and taking staycations on the Central Coast with her husband and daughter.
