Billing & Accounts Coordinator
Nicole Shepherd joined our San Luis Obispo office in 2018 as our Firm Administrator, before her promotion to her current role as Billing & Accounts Coordinator.
She earned her Registered Nursing license as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nutrition from the University of Phoenix. She has spent several years managing medical practices with a special emphasis on quality control and case management. She has worked on all sides of the Medical world from direct patient care to medical administration, quality improvement, and managing health plans.
She is a long-time resident of the Central Coast and enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She is an avid volunteer for multiple local entities. She spends time volunteering her Nurse Navigator services to local cancer patients and is also the President of our local elementary school’s Parent Teacher Organization.
