After one man’s driver’s license was suspended due to a mental condition, he faced both personal and professional roadblocks. Having a suspended driver’s license can diminish a person’s ability to function, especially if that individual is a single parent, or he or she is required to operate a vehicle on the job. Attorney Justin Hein convinced the hearing officer to give his client enough time to procure a Driver’s Medical Education Form from a new physician.
